It includes hundreds of recommendations designed to improve the quality of life for everyone in Old South Baton Rouge. NEW STUDENT HOUSING IN NORTHGATE
Two Texas-based developers are investing millions to deliver upscale student housing in Old South's Northgate Neighborhood. Currently there are three apartment complexes in the neighborhood. Future plans call for a thriving mixed-use development at the corner of State Street and Highland Road.
