About Us
The Old South Baton Rouge Neighborhood Partnership was founded in 2006 on the principle that the people of Old South Baton Rouge are the history, culture and foundation of Old South Baton Rouge. Their community concerns are an important part of the success of its redevelopment. Through a series of community meetings and civic input, OSBRP was born of the people, by the people who live in, and love Old South Baton Rouge. It is comprised of those individuals who came out in thousands, shared stories, dreams and visions, and resulted in a handful willing to work to followed through with a pledge of service.
We are, “Old South” Baton Rouge. The gateway to all points and interesting locals in and leading to surrounding areas. A diverse, culturally rich community which is bordered by the Mississippi river and City Park on the east and west, and with beautiful downtown and LSU to the north and south.
